See what others can't
Radiographers take X-ray images of the body that doctors use to figure out what’s going on with patients. As a radiologic technologist, you’ll be the one who chats with patients, explaining what’s about to happen and getting them into the right position for the best images. You’re not just a button-pusher – you need to know the equipment inside and out to get the clearest images possible.
You’ll gain extensive knowledge of the standard high-tech radiography equipment used to produce X-ray images of the human body and practice interacting with patients. Clinical experience in outpatient clinics and hospitals gives you real-world exposure. You’ll get a taste of what it’s like to work in environments where X-rays are a big deal.
