He is a member of the Lander University Board of Trustees.
Sabalis received an undergraduate degree in psychology from College of the Holy Cross, and a master’s degree in psychology and doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Syracuse University. He completed an internship in clinical psychology at the University of Oregon Medical School.
The Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College Foundation was established in 1977 to further the educational aims of OCtech and its students and employees. It raises financial support in the community to assist the college through capital campaigns, annual fund drives and special events.
“We are thrilled to have Dr. Sabalis on our team,” said Faith McCurry, executive director of the OCtech Foundation. “His unique knowledge, experiences and ideas will be a wonderful asset to the board.”
