Industrial Certificates
Basic Industrial Maintenance
This certificate is designed to prepare students for employment as entry-level Industrial Maintenance Technicians. Job opportunities for students with this certificate include Process Plant Mechanical Apprentice, Manufacturing Plant Maintenance Apprentice, Construction Site Equipment Maintenance Apprentice, and Construction Electrical Apprentice.
Mechatronics Fundamentals*
This certificate is designed to prepare students for entry-level Industrial Maintenance positions, with cross-over to Electrical and Instrumentation positions. Job opportunities may include, but are not limited to Process and Manufacturing Maintenance, along with Electrical or Mechanical Apprentice, or Construction Site Maintenance.

Production Machining Operator
This certificate is designed to introduce the student to basic machine production operation skills. Topics covered include manual machines, blue prints, and basic computer numerical controlled machines. Job opportunities include CNC Operator, Production Machinist, and Basic Quality Control Technician.
Welding*
You’ll learn welding safety, oxyfuel cutting, and gas and arc welding. Beads and Fillet Welds; GMAW equipment and setup; and GMAW basic welds are covered. This certificate is taught to national welding codes and prepares students for testing and certification for local metal fabrication shops and maintenance welding.

Basic Diesel Maintenance
Students will learn skills for immediate entry into the job market as an “entry level” diesel maintenance technician. The certificate includes courses in basic diesel engine theory and operation; servicing diesel equipment; basic diesel diagnostics and repair of basic fuel systems used on today’s diesel equipment.
Professional Truck Driving
The training program for beginning commercial motor vehicle drivers fully prepares students for the South Carolina Commercial Driver’s License examination.

Certified Nursing Assistant
Nursing Assistants provide personal care and support to patients under the supervision of medical and nursing staff members. They can work in hospitals, assisted living facilities, home heath area, nursing homes and more.
Emergency Medical Technician
Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) are certified healthcare providers who are trained to respond, treat, and transport individuals in emergency situations. With the assistance of dispatchers, Advanced EMTs, and Paramedics, EMTs are an integral component of the Emergency Medical Team.
