OCtech Plans Entrepreneurship Week Programs

Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College will host two special programs-old-old-old-old during National Entrepreneurship Week, Feb. 18-25, 2017.

OCtech students will have the opportunity to showcase their own businesses and network with one another during a Student Entrepreneurs’ Expo from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, in the Café in Building S.

On Monday, Feb. 20, an Entrepreneurship Panel Discussion featuring local entrepreneurs sharing their success stories will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Building C – Room 118 Auditorium. This year’s panelists include Tyrone “Rudy” Boneparte, owner of 2 Da Bone Barbershop; Sharnise McMichael, owner of Lush Nail Salon; Sallie Porth, owner of Sallie’s Greatest Jams; and Sandy Scholwinski, owner of Sign-A-Rama.
